PocketBase Open Source Realtime Backend in a Single Binary

PocketBase is an open-source Go backend that ships as a single portable executable. It includes an embedded SQLite database with realtime subscriptions, built-in file and user management, a convenient admin dashboard UI, and a simple REST-ish API.

Installation

Requirements and caveats from upstream:

• JavaScript - pocketbase/js-sdk (Browser, Node.js, React Native)

Basic usage or getting-started notes:

• Once downloaded, extract the archive and run ./pocketbase serve in the extracted directory.

• Here is a minimal example:

• To init the dependencies, run go mod init myapp && go mod tidy.
