Run research and scientific analysis workflows with Scientific Agent Skills

Give an agent curated scientific workflows, databases, and domain-specific guidance when general prompting is not reliable enough for research-heavy work.

Prerequisites

An Agent Skills compatible harness such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex, plus Python and the scientific libraries, databases, model providers, or local environment dependencies required by the selected workflow.

Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:

• uv pip install cisco-ai-skill-scanner
• The skills use uv as the package manager for installing Python dependencies. Install it using the instructions for your operating system:
• pip install uv
• uv --version
