Local repo context platform for coding assistants with semantic search and graph relationships.

Indexes codebases into structured entities (files, rules, ADRs) and exposes that context over JSON-RPC stdio. Provides semantic search across code and documentation, graph relationships between entities and architectural constraints, and incremental updates to keep context fresh as the repository changes. Works with Claude Code/Desktop and Codex clients.
