Full-stack kanban project management application built with Next.js 16, TypeScript, and SQLite that exposes 13 tools and 4 resources through an integrated MCP server. Features include drag-and-drop task management across five columns (Backlog, Todo, In Progress, In Review, Done), a dashboard with summary cards and charts, sub-tasks with progress tracking, custom color labels, timestamped comment threads, full activity logging, real-time search and filtering, and CSV export. The MCP server enables AI agents to create and manage projects, list and update tasks, move tasks between columns, add comments, search by keyword, and retrieve dashboard statistics.
