Provides access to BearTrail's workout tracking data through tools for listing and viewing workouts, browsing an exercise catalogue with muscle group and tag filters, and exploring exercise-to-muscle intensity mappings. Workout data requires OAuth 2.1 authentication with PKCE, while the exercise catalogue is publicly accessible. Supports filtered searches across exercises by muscle, tag, or keyword, and workout history by date range, exercise, or muscle group.
