A dungeon crawler MCP server built by Compose and Dragons that implements a text-based RPG system where AI assistants can explore procedurally-defined dungeons, interact with NPCs, fight monsters, and collect treasures. The server loads dungeon layouts from YAML files (like the included Crystal Caverns dungeon) and maintains player state including position, inventory, health, and experience, exposing tools for movement, combat, room inspection, and map visualization. Built in Go with HTTP transport, it's designed for creating interactive storytelling experiences and game-based AI interactions where assistants can guide players through dungeon adventures or serve as dungeon masters for tabletop-style gaming sessions.
