Hybrid search for Claude conversation history using full-text search, Spotlight, and semantic vector embeddings.

Provides hybrid search across locally stored Claude conversation history. Combines SQLite FTS5 full-text search, macOS Spotlight indexing, and optional vector embeddings via Ollama for semantic similarity matching. Works with both Claude Code and Cowork conversations, enabling recovery of filesystem paths and persistent searchable indexing.
