Smart CS is an enterprise multi-agent intelligent customer service system with a hierarchical architecture built on MCP tool protocol. It provides a supervisor orchestration layer, hierarchical memory system, and MCP-based standardized interfaces for order queries, ticket CRUD operations, risk control checks, and knowledge base search across Python, Java, and Go implementations.
