Provides local-first cost awareness for agent workflows. Counts tokens offline using js-tiktoken with no API round-trips, tracks per-tool and per-session spend across Claude, OpenAI, and Gemini models from a configurable pricing table, and surfaces budget alerts at configurable thresholds. Includes model routing suggestions that recommend cheaper alternatives based on task type, project-level cost allocation with chargeback reports, and exportable HTML spend dashboards. All data stays in a local SQLite database.
