OpenCrane is a standalone Python library for building documentation search pipelines. It fetches documentation from GitHub repositories, chunks and embeds content, indexes it in a Milvus vector database, and exposes search tools for product docs and guidelines via semantic, keyword, or hybrid retrieval modes. The library includes a CLI for running the full pipeline from fetching to indexing, with support for CRD definitions, OpenAPI specs, and JSON Schema content types.
