Cronitor CLI for Cron Monitoring and Job Telemetry

CronitorCLI is Cronitor's open-source command-line tool for syncing cron jobs, sending telemetry pings, and wrapping commands with execution monitoring. It fits monitoring-heavy agent runbooks where scheduled jobs, server tasks, and long-running commands need explicit visibility.
