What it does

Discovery layer that enables AI coding agents to find and reference each other's recent sessions.

OpenHarness connects AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex CLI, Gemini CLI) by discovering their local session files and providing cross-agent session discovery. The server exposes two MCP tools: get_agent_sessions for listing all agent sessions, and get_agent_session for retrieving a specific agent's session. Agents can read each other's work directly through local file paths.
