Exposes Pyright language server functionality for Python type checking, hover info, completions, and code navigation.

Wraps the Pyright language server to provide Python static analysis capabilities through callable tools. Supports type checking, hover information, code completions, go-to-definition, find-references, document symbols listing, and code formatting. Enables IDE-like Python intelligence in any compatible client.
