Exposes 16 free investment-research signals to MCP clients, including Form 4 insider trades from OpenInsider, SEC EDGAR 8-K material events and activist filings, FINRA/SEC short interest snapshots and daily short volume, and live Yahoo Finance stock quotes covering price, valuation, dividends, and earnings calendar. Distributed on npm as openinsider-mcp, runs locally via stdio transport without requiring paid API subscriptions.
