Self-extending MCP server that generates and registers new tools at runtime from natural language descriptions, with 6 built-in meta-tools for dynamic capability expansion.

Enables LLM clients to extend their own tool capabilities at runtime through natural language descriptions. Ships with six meta-tools including create_tool and register_tool, which allow users to describe new capabilities, generate the implementation via the host LLM, and register it live without restarting the server. Designed for personal experimentation; v0.1 lacks sandboxing and AST-validates generated code before registration.
