Enables AI agents to discover, quote, and pay for API data using x402 (USDC) and L402 (Bitcoin Lightning) protocols with built-in budget enforcement.

BoltzPay provides AI agents with automated payment capabilities for paid API endpoints. The server exposes seven tools -- fetch (pay and retrieve data), quote (check pricing without paying), discover (browse a directory of compatible paid APIs), budget (view spending limits), history (list session payments), wallet (view addresses and balances), and diagnose (run full endpoint diagnostics). It supports both x402 (USDC via Coinbase) and L402 (Bitcoin via Lightning Network) protocols, auto-detecting the correct one at runtime. Budget enforcement with daily, monthly, and per-transaction limits ensures spending control. Runs via npx with zero code required, and works in an explore-only mode without credentials for discovery and quoting.
