Claude Code, git; optional XeLaTeX, Quarto, R, Python 3, and GitHub CLI depending on workflow path

Installation

Requirements and caveats from upstream:

• Minimum to fork this template: Claude Code + git + Python 3 (Python is already installed on macOS/Linux).
