OSS Autopilot monitors all open pull requests across GitHub repositories, prioritizing which need attention based on maintainer responses, failing CI, and merge conflicts. The server provides 20 tools for daily PR monitoring, issue discovery matched to contribution history, PR commenting, and contribution lifecycle management. It also functions as a Claude Code plugin and standalone CLI, with features for shelving PRs, dismissing issues, and tracking contribution status.
