Extracts and labels clause boundaries from PDF, DOCX, and plain-text files, then checks them against YAML rule templates to produce severity-ranked risk findings. Includes compliance validation against structured checklists for common agreement types (NDA, SaaS, employment, IP assignment, and more), plus clause-level version diffing that operates on semantic structure rather than raw text lines. All parsing and analysis runs locally with documents stored in a local SQLite database.
