Ruff Linter Configuration Architect

Configures and optimizes Ruff Python linter settings using the ruff CLI and pyproject.toml schema. Migrates from Flake8, isort, and Black configurations with automatic rule mapping.

Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
