Turns any apcore-based project into an MCP-compatible tool provider with zero code changes, supporting auto-discovery of modules and multiple transports.

Apcore MCP bridges the apcore modular extension framework with AI systems by automatically discovering modules from an extensions directory and exposing them as MCP-compatible tools. The implementation supports multiple transports including stdio and streamable HTTP, optional JWT authentication for remote access, and a browser-based Tool Explorer UI for interactive testing. It works both as a standalone CLI tool and as an embeddable Rust library.
