It enables users to create Bitcoin transactions with OP_RETURN outputs containing custom messages, permanently embedding text in the blockchain through a Lightning Network payment flow. The server exposes tools and prompts that allow MCP clients to generate Lightning invoices for message embedding and retrieve previously stored OP_RETURN messages from transactions, making blockchain data interaction accessible through conversational AI interfaces.
