Installation
Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:
- cargo install monolith
- brew install monolith
- make install clean
- docker build -t y2z/monolith .
Requirements and caveats from upstream:

- Monolith doesn't feature a JavaScript engine, hence websites that retrieve and display data after initial load may require usage of additional tools.
