Developed by Rhys Sullivan, it provides a tool for reporting suspicious activities, cybersecurity incidents, or emergency situations through a standardized interface. The server implements IP-based rate limiting (5 requests per minute), stores events with timestamps in a database, and offers both an API endpoint for AI models and a web interface for manual submissions. Particularly useful for security monitoring systems, emergency response coordination, or compliance logging where maintaining an audit trail of authority contacts is essential.
