Provides access to the SPOKE biomedical knowledge graph for querying relationships across genes, proteins, diseases, compounds, and biological entities.
Connects to the Scalable Precision Medicine Open Knowledge Engine (SPOKE), a large-scale biomedical knowledge graph maintained by BaranziniLab at UCSF. Enables executing read-only Cypher queries against the SPOKE Neo4j database and retrieving the complete graph schema including node types, properties, and relationships. Supports exploration of biomedical connections spanning genes, proteins, diseases, compounds, and other biological entities for precision medicine research.
