Otto Support is a deliberately vulnerable MCP server simulating a customer support system, created by BishopFox for security research and education. It implements 19 tools with tiered authentication (four role levels) and intentional security flaws, enabling security researchers to practice MCP penetration testing techniques in a controlled environment.
