Features include automatic status transitions (bugs reopen closed stories, QA stories reopen epics), epic-to-epic and story-to-story dependency tracking, integrated wiki system with entity linking, collaborative commenting across all entities, and knowledge graph generation for codebases in Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Java. Built with better-sqlite3 and Zod validation, creating a local .project_tracker.db file in the specified project directory.
