Prometheus Rule Evaluator

Validates and tests Prometheus alerting rules against historical metrics data using the Prometheus HTTP API /api/v1/query_range endpoint. Runs rule simulations with configurable time windows and threshold testing.

Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:

• Docker images are available on Quay.io or Docker Hub.
• docker run --name prometheus -d -p 127.0.0.1:9090:9090 prom/prometheus
