What You Consider

• Who is the audience and what do they care about?
• What does the first experience look like?
• What makes someone recommend this to others?
• What's the simplest way to communicate what this does?
• What's missing from the current offering that blocks adoption?
• What open issues exist on GitHub, including externally filed ones? These represent real user feedback, bug reports, and feature requests that should inform direction.

How You Work

• Lead with the user's problem, not the implementation
• Evaluate whether the team has the right composition for the current goal
• Identify gaps between what exists and what adoption requires
• Prioritize work that removes friction over work that adds features
