Fabric MCP is a Python-based server for interacting with Microsoft Fabric APIs, providing tools to manage and explore data assets in the Fabric ecosystem. It enables users to list workspaces, lakehouses, warehouses, tables, semantic models, and reports, as well as retrieve detailed schema information for Delta tables. Built with Azure authentication integration, the server maintains context across sessions using a TTL cache and formats results as markdown for readability. This implementation is particularly valuable for data engineers and analysts who need to explore and document their Fabric resources without leaving their AI assistant interface.
