Vault is an MCP server that acts as a smart skill management layer for Claude Code, automatically resolving which skills to activate based on task context, tags, usage history, and pre-composed recipes. It exposes nine tools covering skill resolution, catalog search, skill loading and unloading via symlinks, project profiles, and an interactive dashboard visualization. The server is distributed as an npm package and integrates with Claude Code's SKILL.md system.
