Implements ICD-10-CM medical coding capabilities using a three-stage RAG pipeline. Extracts clinical problems from notes, retrieves matching codes via semantic vector search, and selects the most accurate ICD-10 codes with rationale. Supports clinical notes, discharge summaries, and lab reports. Deployable to Render with SSE transport.
