Obsidian Map

Converts an Obsidian vault into a navigable knowledge graph with tree navigation, wikilink traversal, semantic gap detection, and write operations.

Builds a mind-map graph representation of an Obsidian vault, exposing navigation, search, cross-reference, and creation tools to AI agents. Supports tree traversal, parent/ancestor/sibling navigation, wikilink following, semantic gap suggestions, and concept creation and linking. Code repositories and specified folders collapse into single nodes to prevent graph clutter. Implemented in TypeScript for Node.js 20+, using stdio transport.
