EasyMCP is a control plane that converts OpenAPI/REST APIs, existing stdio MCP servers, and local CLIs into managed MCP tool instances. It provides a CLI for creating, starting, discovering, searching, and calling MCP instances, with intent-based discovery allowing agents to find tools by describing what they want to accomplish. Supports Docker-based runtime, multi-tenant profiles, dry-run safety features, and direct installation into Codex and Claude Code projects.
