CSOAI's Agent Rate Limiter provides fleet-wide coordinated rate limiting for A2A and multi-MCP deployments, enforcing shared quotas across all agents and MCP servers rather than per-server limits that can be bypassed by distributing load. It prevents runaway agent loops and API cost overruns in complex multi-agent workflows by centralizing throttle state. Configurable per-agent, per-tool, and per-endpoint rate policies are supported.
