Posting Terminal API Client

A modern, open-source HTTP client built as a terminal UI application. Posting provides a Postman-like experience entirely in the terminal, with keyboard-centric workflows, environment variables, syntax highlighting, and YAML-based request storage for version control.

Installation

Use the upstream install or setup path that matches your environment:

• quickly install uv on MacOS/Linux

• uv tool install --python 3.13 posting
• If you'd prefer to use pipx, that works too: pipx install posting.

Requirements and caveats from upstream:

• run Python code before and after requests

Basic usage or getting-started notes:

• Posting can be installed via uv on MacOS, Linux, and Windows.
