The Zoekt MCP Server provides AI assistants with code search capabilities through integration with Zoekt, a fast text search engine designed for source code. Built by Divar, it exposes three core tools: search for discovering code patterns across repositories using Zoekt's query language with support for language filters, file path patterns, and repository scoping; search_prompt_guide for generating context-aware query suggestions; and fetch_content for retrieving file contents or directory structures from discovered repositories. The server supports both SSE and HTTP transports with Docker deployment, making it valuable for code exploration, debugging workflows, and understanding large codebases where users need to quickly locate specific functions, classes, or patterns across multiple repositories without manually browsing through project structures.
