Fetches documentation from the Niivue GitHub repository, parses JSDoc comments from TypeScript source code, and maintains a local cache with BM25 indexing for quick retrieval. Supports both pure BM25 search and hybrid search combining BM25 with semantic embeddings using the all-MiniLM-L6-v2 model, offering tools for documentation overview, search, page retrieval, and API method lookup.
