editing:\n\n- post `GOAL_LOCK` with objective, owner, non-goals, closeout gates, and operator-call conditions;\n- keep working after local fixes until the locked objective is verified;\n- investigate failed build/test/smoke steps before asking for help;\n- close only after build/test/help-smoke/docs-or-report/git-status gates are addressed or explicitly marked not applicable.\n\n## Engineering Rules\n\n- Follow existing repo patterns.\n- Preserve working routes, agents, runtimes, hooks, cron jobs, LaunchAgents, and channel bindings.\n- Prefer reversible operations.\n- Never store secrets, tokens, OAuth material, or private credentials.\n- Do not broaden scope into Multica daemon, Desktop UI, or core runtime unless the issue explicitly requires it.\n- If the worktree has unrelated changes, leave them alone.\n- Back up live Multica skills, bindings, or automations before mutating them.\n- Mutate one live resource class at a time, then verify before moving to the next class.\n- Prefer source-first changes: local skill files and docs before live workspace synchronization.\n\n## Completion Report\n\nReturn:\n\n- files or live resources changed,\n- commands or checks run,\n-
