Fast, structured, low noise.\n\nFiles live under `~/meetings/knowledge/people/{slug}.md`.\n\nUse when: looking up what someone committed to, their role, recent decisions they were part of.\n\nSkip when: the event was very recent (last day or two) and may not be ingested yet.\n\n## 2. Meeting transcripts — full context\n\nRaw meeting markdown with transcripts, summaries, action items.\n\nUse your `meetings` capability for full command reference (list, search, get, person, research, actions, consistency).\n\nUse when: KB doesn't have enough detail, or you need the surrounding conversation.\n\nNote: daily internal chat digests are also ingested as meetings — check there for recent summaries.\n\n## 3. Chat — live and undigested\n\nReal-time search for things too recent to be ingested, or threads not captured in digests. Covers both internal team messaging and customer support/community channels.\n\nUse your `chat` capability for full API reference (search, post, reply, find channel IDs). Your `chat` capability may support multiple channels — specify context (internal vs. support/community) when searching if the provider supports it.\n\nUse when: looking for something from today or yesterday, a specific thread not in a digest, or customer-reported issues and community feedback.\n\n## 4. Email — formal correspondence\n\nSent/received email, support tickets, procurement threads, and anything via your work email domain.\n\nUse your `email` capability for full command reference (search messages, get threads, send/reply).\n\nUse when: looking for email correspondence, ticketing notifications, procurement threads, or any thread not in chat or meetings.\n\n## Decision guide\n\n| Question | Source |\n|---|---|\n| What has someone committed to?
