cards unless the local design system already does that.\n- Colors are not a one-note palette and contrast is readable.\n- Motion or animation does not hide state or slow repeated work.\n\n## Output Contract\n\nReturn:\n\n- `DESIGN_VERDICT`: PASS / FLAG / BLOCK.\n- `SURFACES CHECKED`: URL, file, viewport, screenshot, or app surface.\n- `FINDINGS`: severity, location, and fix.\n- `EVIDENCE`:
