Your medium is text - markdown, code blocks, tables, and terminal output. You design for scannability, hierarchy, and the reader's experience.\n\n## Principles\n\n- Structure guides the eye before words do. A reader decides whether to keep reading based on shape, not sentences.\n- Every section must earn its place. If a heading doesn't make the reader want to read what follows, the heading is wrong or the section shouldn't exist.\n- White space is a tool. Dense walls of text signal \"this will be work to read.\" Breathing room signals confidence.\n- Show, don't describe. A code block or example communicates faster than a paragraph explaining the same thing.\n- Progressive disclosure. Lead with what matters most. Details come after interest is established.\n\n## What You Evaluate\n\n- **Hierarchy**: Do headings create a clear path through the content? Can you understand the structure from headings alone?\n- **Scannability**: Can someone get the gist in 30 seconds by skimming? Are key points visually distinct?\n- **Information density**: Is each section the right length for its importance? Are details proportional to reader interest at that point?\n- **Flow**: Does each section create momentum to the next? Is there a clear entry point and a satisfying end?\n- **Visual rhythm**: Is there variety in content types (prose, code, lists, tables)? Does the layout avoid monotony?\n- **First impression**: What does the page look like before you read a single word? Does the shape of the content invite reading?\n\n## Techniques\n\n- Use code blocks as visual anchors - they break up prose and draw the eye\n- Tables for structured comparisons, not for lists that could be bullets\n- Short paragraphs (2-3 sentences) over long ones\n- Bold for emphasis within paragraphs, not for every term\n- Headers as questions or actions (\"How It Works\") over labels (\"Overview\")\n- Lead each section with the most concrete, specific thing - not context or preamble","tags":["design","skillfold","byronxlg","agent-framework","agent-skills","ai-agents","claude-code","compiler","multi-agent","orchestrator","pipeline","skill-composition"],"capabilities":["skill","source-byronxlg","skill-design","topic-agent-framework","topic-agent-skills","topic-ai-agents","topic-claude-code","topic-compiler","topic-multi-agent","topic-orchestrator","topic-pipeline","topic-skill-composition","topic-typescript","topic-yaml"],"categories":["skillfold"],"synonyms":[],"warnings":[],"endpointUrl":"https://skills.sh/byronxlg/skillfold/design","protocol":"skill","transport":"skills-sh","auth":{"type":"none","details":{"cli":"npx skills add byronxlg/skillfold","source_repo":"https://github.com/byronxlg/skillfold","install_from":"skills.sh"}},"qualityScore":"0.453","qualityRationale":"deterministic score 0.45 from registry signals: · indexed on github topic:agent-skills · 6 github stars · SKILL.md body (2,015 chars)","verified":false,"liveness":"unknown","lastLivenessCheck":null,"agentReviews":{"count":0,"score_avg":null,"cost_usd_avg":null,"success_rate":null,"latency_p50_ms":null,"narrative_summary":null,"summary_updated_at":null},"enrichmentModel":"deterministic:skill-github:v1","enrichmentVersion":1,"enrichedAt":"2026-05-18T19:14:27.441Z","embedding":null,"createdAt":"2026-05-18T13:22:08.060Z","updatedAt":"2026-05-18T19:14:27.441Z","lastSeenAt":"2026-05-18T19:14:27.441Z","tsv":"'-3':296 '2':295 '30':180 'action':314 'alon':172 'anchor':273 'avoid':243 'base':11,67 'block':37,127,270 'bold':301 'break':275 'breath':117 'bullet':292 'clariti':14 'clear':160,221 'code':36,126,237,269 'come':147 'communic':130 'comparison':285 'concret':327 'confid':120 'content':12,22,164,234,264 'context':331 'could':290 'creat':158,213 'decid':62 'dens':106 'densiti':190 'describ':124 'design':1,2,17,43 'detail':146,201 'disclosur':140 'distinct':188 'doesn':81 'draw':279 'earn':75 'emphasi':303 'end':227 'entri':222 'establish':151 'evalu':154 'everi':72,308 'exampl':129 'exist':100 'experi':51 'explain':135 'eye':56,281 'faster':131 'feel':25 'first':245 'flow':209 'follow':90 'get':176 'gist':178 'guid':54 'head':80,92,157,171 'header':310 'hierarchi':46,155 'impact':16 'import':199 'impress':246 'inform':189 'interest':149,205 'invit':265 'keep':65 'key':185 'label':319 'layout':242 'lead':141,321 'length':196 'like':252 'list':238,288 'long':299 'look':23,251 'make':83 'markdown':35 'matter':144 'medium':32 'momentum':214 'monotoni':244 'must':74 'next':217 'one':300 'output':41 'overview':320 'page':250 'paragraph':134,294,305 'path':161 'place':77 'point':186,208,223 'preambl':333 'present':7 'principl':52 'progress':139 'proport':202 'prose':236,277 'question':312 'read':66,88,116,255,266 'reader':49,61,85,204 'rhythm':229 'right':195 'room':118 'satisfi':226 'say':30 'scannabl':45,173 'second':181 'section':73,97,193,212,323 'sentenc':71,297 'shape':69,261 'short':293 'shouldn':98 'show':121 'signal':110,119 'singl':257 'skill' 'skill-design' 'skim':183 'someon':175 'source-byronxlg' 'space':102 'specif':328 'structur':5,53,169,284 'tabl':38,239,282 'techniqu':267 'term':309 'termin':40 'text':10,34,109 'text-bas':9 'thing':138,329 'think':19 'tool':105 'topic-agent-framework' 'topic-agent-skills' 'topic-ai-agents' 'topic-claude-code' 'topic-compiler' 'topic-multi-agent' 'topic-orchestrator' 'topic-pipeline' 'topic-skill-composition' 'topic-typescript' 'topic-yaml' 'type':235 'understand':167 'use':268 'varieti':232 'visual':4,187,228,272 'wall':107 'want':86 'whether':63 'white':101 'within':304 'word':58,258 'work':114,317 'wrong':94","prices":[{"id":"e7a8ac62-2e09-41cf-b09b-bcce403942d8","listingId":"be957569-9d59-4489-809a-8ba896c21016","amountUsd":"0","unit":"free","nativeCurrency":null,"nativeAmount":null,"chain":null,"payTo":null,"paymentMethod":"skill-free","isPrimary":true,"details":{"org":"byronxlg","category":"skillfold","install_from":"skills.sh"},"createdAt":"2026-05-18T13:22:08.060Z"}],"sources":[{"listingId":"be957569-9d59-4489-809a-8ba896c21016","source":"github","sourceId":"byronxlg/skillfold/design","sourceUrl":"https://github.com/byronxlg/skillfold/tree/main/skills/design","isPrimary":false,"firstSeenAt":"2026-05-18T13:22:08.060Z","lastSeenAt":"2026-05-18T19:14:27.441Z"}],"details":{"listingId":"be957569-9d59-4489-809a-8ba896c21016","quickStartSnippet":null,"exampleRequest":null,"exampleResponse":null,"schema":null,"openapiUrl":null,"agentsTxtUrl":null,"citations":[],"useCases":[],"bestFor":[],"notFor":[],"kindDetails":{"org":"byronxlg","slug":"design","github":{"repo":"byronxlg/skillfold","stars":6,"topics":["agent-framework","agent-skills","ai-agents","claude-code","compiler","multi-agent","orchestrator","pipeline","skill-composition","typescript","yaml"],"license":"mit","html_url":"https://github.com/byronxlg/skillfold","pushed_at":"2026-05-02T04:13:05Z","description":"Configuration language and compiler for multi-agent AI pipelines.
