This ensures proper planning, documentation, and clear scope definition.\n\n**CRITICAL RULE:** Never implement a feature without first creating the task + PRD files and getting user approval.\n\n## When This Activates\n\n- \"I want to add [feature]\"\n- \"Implement [feature]\"\n- \"Create a task for [feature]\"\n- \"Plan this feature\"\n- User describes a user story\n- Bug that needs tracking\n\n## The Workflow\n\n### Step 1: Understand Request\n\n- **Simple task:** <1 hour, few files\n- **Complex feature:** >1 hour, multiple files/systems\n\n### Step 2: Gather Requirements\n\n- Which app/project?\n- Priority?
