Decide whether the request is a new section, bugfix, review, or handoff.\n5. Select the matching `.agent/playbooks/` route.\n6. Make the smallest useful change.\n7. Review for:\n   - Codex-first framing,\n   - clear separation between instructions, skills, playbooks, prompts, and current task context,\n   - concrete examples,\n   - no invented platform behavior,\n   - no unnecessary complexity.\n8. Return a concise handoff with files changed, decisions made, validation, and next steps.\n\n## Inputs\n\n- User request.\n- Current repository files.\n- Any referenced Codex, Claude, or agent workflow constraints.\n\n## Outputs\n\n- Updated guide, playbook, skill, or template files.\n- Short explanation of the architecture choice.\n- Validation notes.\n- Open decisions for Shane only when the work cannot safely proceed without them.\n\n## Validation\n\nAt minimum, verify:\n\n- expected files exist,\n- Markdown headings are readable,\n- examples are copyable,\n- no unsupported platform claims were
